Warsaw Apartments Magnolie is a firm that rents comfortable apartments and cosy rooms. All our locals are placed in one housing society at the housing estate Magnolie. Our offer is a wide range of completely furnished and well-equipped flats, excellent for both, private and corporational clients, which have as a guest their employees or clients.
ACCOMMODATION
Double-room Apartments.
The living space of this type of offered apartments is about 40 m². Our guests can choose from STUDIO-type or apartments that thanks to the separated bedroom can make double-room flats. Every double-room local is furnished with a big doublebed or two single-beds, kitchen annex (close or open) and bathroom. At the moment we can offer 77 double-room apartments.
We also can organize an additional bed to every type of flat and apartment or rent a more-people flat. A part of our apartments is always equipped with an additional sleeping place.
Single-room Apartments.
From our single-room apartments you can choose from STUDIO-type or apartments with a detached bed-room which have living space of 30 to 40 m².
Every apartment from this type is made up of single bed, bathroom and kitchen annex that can differ and be close or open to the rest of the apartment. The apartments are completely furnished and have an area to work and rest. At the moment we can offer 147 single-room apartments.
